Northwest Children's Home
     The Great Pumpkin Race is a fun run benefiting Northwest Children's Home and Syringa House. It is held at Lakeview Park in the city of Nampa Idaho.

     It includes a one mile run and a one mile walk. It also includes a 5k run and a 5k walk. People often ask "how many mile is 5k?" It is 3.1 miles.

     We always invite mascotts to entertain the kids. Of course, the Great Pumpkin is always there. Got a call from him just the other day saying "he'll be here."
