     The Outback Steakhouse brought us 300 steak dinners free of charge and even cooked them for us. This was the biggest part of our fund-raiser. They cook up some of the best steaks anywhere.

     For them, this is advertising. They feel that not only is this a good cause, but if we taste their steaks, we'll want more. I think they're right and I bet you'll think so too.

     We hope all the Great Pumpkin Race participants think of Outback Steakhouse for birthdays, anniversaries and just good food.

     Every year in April, the "Healthy Nampa Health Youth" organization (Mercy Medical Center Nampa Idaho) has a huge garage sale. In fact, it has grown so large, it nearly fills the Nampa Idaho Center. The proceeds of this sale go to youth programs in our community.

     The Great Pumpkin Race is the proud recipient of some of those funds. Northwest Childrens home is the beneficiary of our race. They do some great work.

     Healthy Nampa Healthy Youth helps to inspire the people of Nampa to care more about our youth. Check out the garage sale in April. There are some great deals.
